Customize your journal
On the home screen of the app, you’ll have an option to go to settings. This allows you to change your journal’s questions and add your highlights to your imagery section.
Once you select settings, you’ll choose which activity’s questions you want to edit.

The Mental Pitch intends to reach youth players, college players, and professionals. The “settings” feature of The Mental Pitch allows players to choose specific questions that fit for them, where they are right now, and what they feel they need right now.
